The Mortgage Business Manager role will be based at my client’s office in Wymondham looking after several Mortgage Advisers & Administrators. Our client is seeking someone who is an experienced Mortgage Manager and is proactive and self-sufficient. You will be working within a growing and reputable organisation, so drive and motivation are key. Their business comes primarily from a large, long established client bank, some introducers, and the website.
The job involves the running of their small office in all areas, supporting the advisors and growing the business. They envisage this will be by attracting new introducers and business sources, recruiting, and mentoring new advisors.
For this Mortgage Business Manager role, you will be required in the office Monday to Friday, but you will be managing your own diary.
Requirements of a Mortgage Business Manager:
- Extensive Mortgage management experience from a brokerage background.
- Clear proof of being in a selling environment
- Strong Track record of working in a targeted environment.
- Leadership and Management Experience.
- Experience in either a large bank or an estate agency company.

Salary/Package of this Mortgage Business Manager:
- Basic Salary - £40,000
- £50,000 - £60,000 OTE
