My clients are a leading estate agency brand who are currently looking for a Mortgage Sales and Training Manager to lead a team of Mortgage & Protection Advisers and Lead Generators. As a Mortgage Sales and Training Manager, You will need to help them realise their potential through coaching, training, and support. This is an already successful team, with last year being their best year yet. However, as the team grows, my clients are looking for an individual to continue in driving the team forward.
Duties for this Mortgage Sales and Training Manager:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve their personal and business goals
- Provide coaching and support through regular observations
- Help upskill individuals to confidently deliver the right outcome for their customers
- Encourage individuals to nurture and help their customers throughout their journey
- Carry out regular business review meetings with all individuals in the team
- Implement and manage development and action plans with individuals
- Support and encourage good working relationships with all other areas of the business
- Deliver to targets and expectations
- Present and discuss ideas and suggestions to improve the business with the line manager
- Regular support and 1:1 meetings with the team to monitor performance and business quality
- Motivate the team to achieve great results
- Liaising with your line manager to ensure the maximisation of opportunities
- Passion for Self-Development and a thirst for knowledge
- Be responsible for your own business productivity
- Attend regular meetings and work closely with line manager to achieve business plan
Requirements of this Mortgage Sales and Training Manager:
- Previous sales managerial experience (even better if in financial services) – is not essential.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proven background in mortgage advice and sales
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Exceptional communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Hard-working and focused
- Confident, resilient and enjoy healthy and fun competition
- Excellent telephone manner
- Professional, organised and have a great work ethic

- CEMAP qualified
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Benefits of this Mortgage Sales and Training Manager:
- £30,000 Basic
- £50,000 - £60,000 OTE (Uncapped)
- 33 days holiday allowance
