Our clients, a well-respected Independent Estate Agent are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to work on a New Homes Development based near Attleborough. This is a rare opportunity as you will be selling beautifully designed homes therefore, a proven track record is a must.
The duties of the New Homes Advisor will include, but will not be limited to:
- Registering potential homebuyers details.
- Taking off-plan reservations
- Checking plots at certain stages to make sure all extras if applicable have gone in the properties
- Attend home demonstration appointments between exchange and completion with the site manager to take any notes needed.
- Weekly Monday meeting with Site manager, our client, and Developer
- Weekly spreadsheet report to our client of interest that week.
- Attending viewings on both completed homes and on-site.
- Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
- Make ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process.
- Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames.
- Proactively search for target customers and create appointments.
- Follow up leads to ensure that sales targets are met, and customer satisfaction is measured to the level required by the Client.
- Once a month competitors report: Interest, what’s sold that month, what’s not, reservations etc.
- Being compliant with health and safety
To be considered for the role of New Homes Sales Advisor you must have the following:
- Be the "Go-to" person for both clients and developers.
- Confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, great at building rapport and have a genuine love of helping customers.
- Experience within New Homes is essential
- Naturally professional, organised and have a great work ethic.
- You'll be able to think on your feet and be flexible.
- A hardworking attitude with the desire and determination to achieve your targets.
In return, our client is offering the following to the successful New Homes Advisor:
- Basic salary £25,000
- Realistic OTE of £35,000 (uncapped)
- Ongoing training
