Our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency, are seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to work on a new homes development based near Bungay on a full-time basis.
The position will require a professional and articulate candidate with a proven track record in new homes and experience working as a New Homes Advisor.
Working hours:
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be required to work Thursday to Monday, 10am-5pm
In return, our clients are offering the following for the successful New Homes Sales Advisor:
- Basic salary of up to £30,000

The New Homes Sales Advisor duties include, but will not be limited to:
- Registering potential purchasers
- Attending viewings on both completed homes and on-site.
- Dealing with offers and working to deadlines.
- Sales Progression
To be considered for the role of the New Homes Sales Advisor you must have the following:
- A strong background in customer service
- New Homes experience working on site
- Proven track record within New Homes
- Confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, great at building rapport, and a genuine love of helping customers.
- Organised with a great work ethic.
- A hardworking attitude with the desire and determination to achieve your targets.
