A superb opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Manager within our clients expanding and successful new homes division in Leicestershire.

The position will require a driven and enthusiastic candidate with the ability to work closely between the residential sales team and new homes developers, ensuring you are delivering maximum results, whilst winning new projects and developments.

The position will involve being part of a Management Team, providing quality management and control of instructions that are sold through branches and appointed Land & New Homes Sales Advisors.

In addition, you will be accountable for managing unit sales from reservation to completion and ensuring all client deadlines are met. This role will focus on the following key responsibilities:

  • Maximising Potential of Existing Business in your region
  • Service existing clients and create a good working relationship
  • Team Development
  • Financial Control & Administration Systems
  • Communication and Support
  • Cross Selling Opportunities
  • Keeping up-to-date with current market trends, local knowledge and competitor activity
  • Business Generation

In return, my clients are offering a basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 with on target earnings of £45,000. Company car and further benefits.
