Part Time Administrator - Ipswich

Our client, a successful and respected independent Estate Agency are looking for a part-time Administrator to join their busy team in Ipswich.

The role of an Administrator will involve:

  • Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
  • Greeting buyers & vendors
  • Registering customers
  • General Administration duties
  • Preparing property details, adding photos & EPC’s
  • Invoicing
  • Stationary ordering  
  • Supporting the sales teams
  • Maintaining and organising filing system

The successful Administrator will need:

  • Administration experience is essential for this role
  • Team player
  • Ambitious and highly driven

Working Hours/Pay:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 am-6 pm
  • Our client will consider more flexible hours for the right candidate.
  • In return, our client will offer an hourly rate of £10.00.
