Personal Assistant - South West London

Our clients are a well-respected and rapidly growing independent estate agency with a fantastic marketing share presence and they are seeking an extremely organised, qualified and experienced Personal Assistant to support the founding director.

As a Personal Assistant your role will involve:

  • Working with the director to implement procedures and standards across the business, including guiding and supporting the team through company procedures and standards
  • Pro-actively communicating with Director to ensure priorities are understood and that diary reflects this
  • Supplier liaison: managing supplier relationships, dealing with suppliers on the telephone or over email in a professional manner
  • Manage ordering supplies of stationery, kitchen and meeting refreshments as required
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is provided in advance of meetings where applicable
  • Covering another staff member when sick or on holiday
  • Managing the director’s personal affairs when required

To be considered for the Personal Assistant role you must have:

  • Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Proven experience of supporting at senior level
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • IT Skills: Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Super organized and flexible with the ability to prioritise a changing to-do list

Working hours:

As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday 8:45 am– 6 pm.

Our client is offering the successful Personal Assistant:

  • Basic Salary of £30,000
  • Ongoing training support
  • No weekends
  • Positive working environments
