Our client is recruiting for a Project Manager to lead their key projects in Norwich.
The right candidate will have experience in a Project Management role within the property sector and able to monitor budgets, plan and forecast. You will need to have the ability to manage and deliver complex development projects and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
The Project Manager duties will include:
Prepare project briefs and business plans.
Establish and maintain risk registers and issues logs
Managing the project budget.
Produce a programme of works for the redevelopment of buildings
The successful Project Manager will have:
Project management qualification e.g., Prince 2 or equivalent
Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline e.g., surveying, estate management, planning
