Our clients based in Northwest London, are well-respected independent Estate Agent with an impressive market share.  They are looking for a Property Administrator to join their busy office.

The successful candidate will be a well organised individual who is able to work well in a team.

As a Property Administrator your role will involve:

  • Majority will be Sales Administration
  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

To be considered for the Property Administrator role you must have:

  • Property experience is preferred
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

Working hours:

As a Property Administrator you’ll be required to Monday to Friday 8:45am-6pm.

Our client is offering the successful Property Administrator:

  • £25,000 Basic Salary
  • Ongoing training and support
  • No Weekends!
