My client has an excellent reputation in the area and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful estate agent. Responsibilities of a Property Administrator:
- General office administrative duties
- Supporting the Sales a Lettings teams
- Preparing window displays
- Responding to general enquiries by phone and e-mail
- Instruct EPC’s
- Preparing brochures and uploading property details.
Requirements of a Property Administrator:
- Previous administration experience
- Estate agency experience desirable
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Articulate and well-presented
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Time management and organisational skills
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
