Our Clients, a successful and expanding independent estate agency, are looking for an experienced Property Office Administrator.

My client has an excellent reputation in the area and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful estate agent. You must be organised, well presented, have a keen eye for detail and committed to offering outstanding customer service. You will benefit from a busy and fun environment, as well as full training and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities of a Property Administrator:

  • General office administrative duties 
  • Supporting the Sales a Lettings teams
  • Preparing window displays
  • Responding to general enquiries by phone and e-mail
  • Instruct EPC’s
  • Preparing brochures and uploading property details.

Requirements of a Property Administrator:

  • Previous administration experience 
  • Estate agency experience desirable
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Articulate and well-presented
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Time management and organisational skills

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Salary/Package: 

  • Basic £18,000 - £25,000
