Property Finance Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Finance Administrator to join my clients team within their Glasgow office due to expansion.

My clients are one of Scotland's leading firms of independent commercial property managers. They are a highly a dynamic and successful business that is ambitious with a clear focused plan to continue developing their business for many years to come.

This role initially includes:

  • Processing timesheets and preparing hours for payroll
  • Processing purchase invoices for both subcontractors and suppliers
  • General administration & office duties
  • Answering Telephone calls for department
  • Processing purchase invoices for both subcontractors and suppliers
  • Posting credit card transactions

The role will develop with experience and as the business grows to include:

  • Creating, processing, and issuing sales invoices
  • Use of customer portals to process invoices
  • Dealing with customer invoice queries
  • Managing the purchase ledger
  • Dealing with supplier/subcontractor queries
  • Processing bank payments

To be considered for the role of Property Finance Administrator you should have:

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Ideally property finance experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be a team-player as well as having the initiative to work productively alone
  • Be innovative

As a Property Finance Administrator you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

In return, my clients are looking to offer a basic salary of £20,000.
