Property Investment Sales - Manchester

Due to expansion, our clients a well-respected property investment company in Manchester, are currently seeking highly motivated and driven Sales Negotiators to join their expanding team.

Ideally, our clients are seeking highly driven and charismatic individuals who have strong backgrounds working in a fast-paced, target driven sales environment. 

The role of a Sales Negotiator for our client will involve:

  • Being mainly office-based, therefore, requires a strong telephone manner, however, you will be expected to conduct some face to face meetings with potential purchasers/ investors or agents.
  • With leads provided by our client, you'll be required to liaise with potential new clients and home buyers, build a rapport, negotiate on purchases and close for business whilst maintaining professional standards throughout.

To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator you must have the following requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, target driven sales environment - essential
  • Highly confident, vibrant and charismatic nature
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Motivated and driven
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • The ability to use initiative as business development is required in this role
  • Passion for sales
  • Ability to sell and close for business

Working hours:

  • Monday to Thursday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm, Friday 9 am - 4 pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays 


  • Basic £18,000
  • OTE £35,000 - £50,000 - uncapped with an opportunity to earn more based on performance.
