My client, a successful and well known Estate Agency near Portsmouth, is currently recruiting for an experienced Property Management Administrator/Client Account Manager to join their team.
Experience in an Administration Property Management background is essential, as well as strong accountancy skills.
The main duties included in the role of a Property Management Administrator:
- Contractor invoices
- Processing landlord statements
- Deposit returns
- Annual TDS and ARLA audits
- Office invoices/payments of suppliers
- Staff payroll
- Accountants queries in relation to business accounts
- General admin tasks as and when required
- Basic £25,000
- Monday – Friday 8:55am – 6:00pm.
- 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays.
- On-street parking.
