Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to relocate to Dubai? Our clients, a multi-award-winning and market-leading real estate company, are currently looking for a Property Manager to join their established and growing team. My clients are a family founded property services company operating a traditional UK estate agency model in the UAE.
To be considered for this Property Manager role, you must have the following:
- Experience in Property Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Telephone manner
The key duties of this Property Manager role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Dealing with maintenance issues between landlords and tenants
- The ability to deal with problems and property issues.
In return, our clients are offering the following to the successful Property Manager
- Basic salary of £15,000 per annum with the commission
- On Target earnings of £19,000 - £29,000 Tax-Free
- Tax-free uncapped earnings
