Our clients, a rapidly expanding Estate Agency, are seeking a Property Manager to join their team in the Sheffield area
As a Property Manager your role will involve:
- Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors
- Carrying out Inventories
- Dealing with tenancy disputes and deposits
To be considered for the property Manager role you must have:
- Experience within Lettings
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
Working hours:
As a Property Manager, you’ll be required to work Full Time
Our client is offering the successful Property Manager:
- £22,500 - £25,000 basic
- Bonus scheme
