We currently have an exciting role available with our clients who are rapidly growing in the property market and establishing themselves as one the market leaders in the areas they operate. Our client is looking for a Property Manager with knowledge of property management to join their team in the Manchester area.
The Property Managers' duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Looking after a set portfolio of properties
- Being the first point of contact for all tenant enquiries
- Management of tenancy contracts and renewals
- Managing tenancy deposits and disputes
- Dealing with maintenance required on the properties, liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Scheduling in works and property inspections
To be considered for the role of Property Manager, you must have the following attributes:
- Prior experience working within the property industry (highly beneficial)
- Prior knowledge of property functions and management
- Strong levels of customer service and willingness to go above and beyond
- Can-do attitude
- Computer literate
- High levels of integrity and reliability
Working times:
As a Property Manager, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday, including occasional Saturdays.
In return, our clients are offering the following to the successful Property Manager:
- £20,000 - £22,000 plus commission
- £24,000 OTE
- Additional paid-for training opportunities
