Our client is an independent, well-established estate agency based in Bexley.
They’re offering a great opportunity for an experienced, motivated Property Manager to join their ever-growing team.
The Property Manager duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing a great service to landlords and tenants
- Administrative tasks including logging deposits, rent processing, record keeping and contract management
- Tracking, monitoring and logging all planned maintenance
- Obtaining competitive quotations and communicating effectively with landlords
- Planning and carrying out routine property inspections
To be considered for the Property Manager role, you must have the following attributes:
- At least 2 years of property management experience
- Proficient with landlord and tenant law
- ARLA qualified (beneficial)
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Professional telephone manner and appearance
- Excellent time management skills
- IT literate - Knowledge of PC Homes and FixFlo would be ideal but not essential
- Full UK Driving License
Working Hours:
As a Property Manager, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
In return, our clients are offering the following to the successful Property Manager:
- £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (DOE)
- Commission structure, based on performance to be offered
