Our client, a well-established and respected independent Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team in Perranporth

Ideally, to be considered for the Property Manager role you must have the following:
- Experience in Property Management
- Motivated and results-driven
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and landlords
- Chasing landlords for approval of maintenance
- Chasing Contractors to do maintenance
- Between tenancies, booking inventories & cleaning
- General property administration
- Respond to tenant maintenance issues
- Dealing with all rent arrears
Working hours of a Property Manager:
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays
In return, our clients are offering the successful Property Manager:
- Up to £23,000 basic
- Bonus scheme
