Property Manager - Central London

My clients, an independent Estate Agency are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their thriving branch based in Kentish Town.

This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a growing company and successful team.

Property Manager duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Process reported maintenance repairs, monitor reports via FixFlo and emails
  • Seek Landlord approval and coordinate maintenance repairs
  • Chasing invoices and managing landlord debts
  • Chasing invoices
  • Liaising with local authorities for building repairs
  • Arranging checkouts and renewals with tenants
  • Serving notices
  • Arrange HMO’s as and when required

To be considered for the role of Property Manager you must have the following:

  • Property Management experience + 3 years experience
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Can-do positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, with good verbal and written English
  • Able to work well as a team and by themselves
  • Calm and professional working manner
  • Smart and well presented
  • Excellent administrative skills, high attention to detail

Working Days:

As a Property Manager, you will be required to work Monday – Friday

Our clients are offering the following to the successful Property Manager: 

  • £26,000+ basic (depending on experience)
