My clients, an independent Estate Agency are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their thriving branch based in Kentish Town.

Property Manager duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Process reported maintenance repairs, monitor reports via FixFlo and emails
- Seek Landlord approval and coordinate maintenance repairs
- Chasing invoices and managing landlord debts
- Chasing invoices
- Liaising with local authorities for building repairs
- Arranging checkouts and renewals with tenants
- Serving notices
- Arrange HMO’s as and when required
To be considered for the role of Property Manager you must have the following:
- Property Management experience + 3 years experience
- Able to work under pressure
- Can-do positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, with good verbal and written English
- Able to work well as a team and by themselves
- Calm and professional working manner
- Smart and well presented
- Excellent administrative skills, high attention to detail
Working Days:
As a Property Manager, you will be required to work Monday – Friday
Our clients are offering the following to the successful Property Manager:
- £26,000+ basic (depending on experience)
