Our clients are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager for their Horsforth area.

The ideal candidate will be highly driven, well-organised, reliable and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings. The ideal candidate will have experience in carrying out inventories, understanding what constitutes fair wear and tear and will have dealt successfully with tenant disputes and returning deposits. In addition, you will understand the need for delivering excellent customer care.

Working hours:

  • Monday – Thursday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, Friday – 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.30 am – 1.00 pm

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have:

  • Experience in Property Management
  • Self-motivated
  • Well-organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings
  • Experience in carrying out inventories
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide professional and friendly customer service
  • Understanding what constitutes fair wear and tear and will have dealt successfully with tenant disputes and returning deposits
  • Full clean UK driving license

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

  • Process reported maintenance repairs, and monitor reports
  • Seek Landlord approval and coordinate maintenance repairs
  • Chasing invoices and managing landlord debts
  • Liaising with local authorities for building repairs
  • Carrying out inventories
  • Arranging checkouts and renewals with tenants
