Our clients, a well-recognised Estate Agency brand, are currently seeking a Property Manager to join their team in the Sheffield area.
Ideally, our clients are looking for an individual who is highly organised due to the nature of the role and someone who has previous experience in the Property Mangagement role.
Key tasks include, but will not be limited to:
- Booking and conducting inspections
- Dealing with tenancy agreements and extensions
- Check ins and Check Outs
- Liaising with contractors regarding Property issues
- Discussing and resolving rental arrear queries
- Processing eviction requests in accordance with the necessary legal requirements
In return, our clients are offering the successful Property Manager the following:
- Basic salary up to £24,500
- On target earnings of £28,000
- Company car.
