Due to company growth, our clients, a well respected and recognised Lettings Agency, are looking to add a Property Manager to their team.
The position of Property Manager will be fast-paced and varied including:
- Property Management
- Check-Ins
- Inspections
- Tenancy deposits
The role will require a highly organised individual. The role would suit an existing Lettings Administrator looking to progress or an existing Property Manager.
A good telephone manner is essential along with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, landlords and contractors.
Salary/Package:
- Basic salary £25,000 DOE
- Potential bonuses
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday
- Alternate Saturday mornings
