The Role

As a Property Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Proactively contact prospective buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants to generate new business opportunities and book appointments.
  • Qualify and follow up enquiries received through websites, property portals, and marketing campaigns
  • Book valuations, viewings, and appointments across multiple property departments
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their property requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across the wider business
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business

What We're Looking For

To succeed as a Property Sales Consultant, you will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional and confident telephone manner
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or a client-facing role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive, resilient, and target-focused attitude
  • Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Estate agency experience (desirable but not essential)
