A new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Advisor who is required for my clients Glasgow office. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join a successful team working for a well-established estate agency.

The successful candidate will be an hardworking, committed and positive individual, who will demonstrate multitasking and teamwork skills, strong motivation, desire to learn and excellent telephone manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Valuing properties by carrying out on site surveys
  • Marketing properties on various web portals such as Zoopla, Rightmove and others
  • Carrying out viewings with interested parties and managing existing portfolio of properties and clients pitching to new clients for business
  • Following up the sales/letting process with solicitors/mortgage brokers
  • Deal with investment sales and acquisitions

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information

  • Must hold a full UK driving license
  • Must have own vehicle and be willing to use it for work (mileage allowance will be reimbursed)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm

In return my client is offering a basic of £16,000 - £22,000 (Depending on experience) with a realistic OTE of £30,000, plus a car allowance and other progression opportunities.
