Our clients, an independent Surveying practice, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to join their team in the Guildford area.
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Producing level 2 (homebuyer) reports
- Level 3 reports (building surveys)
- Valuations of residential property for various purposes, including Inheritance tax, capital gains tax, help to buy, right to buy, shared ownership purposes.
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must be:
- Recently qualified (MRICS/AssocRICS) surveyors
- Completed an APC in Building Surveying or Residential Survey and Valuation
- Or an AssocRICS qualified surveyor in the same disciplines.
Working hours:
- As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Monday – Friday
- However, our clients will also consider candidates on a consultancy basis or Part-Time
Our client is offering the successful Full-Time Residential Surveyor:
- Basic £50,000 - £60,000
- Potential Bonus scheme
- Car Allowance
- Fee Split options or Pro-rata salary for Part-time.
