Our clients, an independent Surveying practice in Bristol, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to join their team.
Working hours:
As a Residential Surveyor, you will be required to work full-time.
The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
- £50,000- £70,000 basic
- Car Allowance
- Professional Fees and CPD paid
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:
- ASSOCRICS status (MRICS / FRICS preferred)
- Registered Valuer Status
- Excellent written and verbal skills
As a Residential Surveyor your role will involve:
- Carrying out private client valuations
- Homebuyer reports
- Building Surveys
- Completion of surveying reports and timely completion of post-valuation survey queries
