Our clients based in Norwich, are seeking a Residential Surveyor to join their team, carrying out Surveys in Norfolk and North Suffolk. The role will be working up to 2 days a week and our clients are flexible on salary arrangements, happy to look at employed candidates, consultancy work or a standard day rate. The position can be based in the Norwich office or the successful candidate can base themselves from home.
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Carrying out Level, 1, 2 and 3 Surveys
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:
- RICS qualifications
- Registered Valuer Status
- Own Vehicle and Surveying Equipment
Working hours:
- As a Residential Valuer, you’ll be required to work up to 2 days a week
Our client is offering the successful Residential Valuer:
- Circa £20,000 per annum for 2 days working week
