Our clients, a successful independent estate agency, are currently looking for a confident Sales Advisor to join their busy team in Medway.
They're currently undergoing expansion and are looking to add staff across the board to cement their position within the market. As an employer, they offer their staff exceptional training programs, career progression prospects and have a reputation for offering strong salaries.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound calls from clients and assisting them, with their property needs
- Identifying opportunities to help clients further by introducing them to additional properties that meet their needs, establishing if they have a property to sell, referring them for a mortgage appointment, or introducing them to your Lettings colleagues.
- Working towards set performance targets
- Liaising with estate agency colleagues in branch to assist in helping our customers with their dream move

Hours: Full time, 5 days a week.
Salary/Package: £17,000 Basic, £25,000 OTE
