Sales and Lettings Administrator - South Glamorgan

My client, a busy and evolving Estate Agency in the outskirts of Swansea, are currently recruiting. 

They are ideally looking for an experienced Sales and Lettings Administrator to join their successful team. 

Duties included in the role of a Sales and Lettings Administrator:

  • Answering the phone, dealing with general enquiries, booking in viewings and valuations
  • Setting up and managing property files
  • Collating Weekly and Monthly Reports
  • Conducting Key Audits
  • Taking minutes in Sales and Lettings Meetings
  • Managing the office supplies such as brochures and stationary
  • Registering applicants onto the system
  • Booking in viewings for the Listers/Negotiators across all the branches, showing a great understanding of the local areas and the properties we have available
  • Assisting with Property Move-Ins, including arranging Safety Certificates
  • Arranging annual Safety Checks & Certificates & Utility management
  • Dealing with general tenancy & landlord queries
  • Carrying out ID Checks on Vendors and Purchasers, ensuring that the Company AML Policy and Procedure is followed
  • Managing EPC’s, be that arranging them or locating and saving those on the EPC Register
  • Assisting the Lister/Negotiators with elements of marketing

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Alternate Saturdays 10:00am -2:30pm (time off in lieu).

In return, our client is offering the successful Sales and Lettings Administrator the following:

  • Basic £17,000 – £20,000
  • Other benefits
