Our client, a successful independent estate agency is looking for such an individual to join their team on a part-time basis as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. The role on offer will be varied combining Lettings and Sales duties within their busy Norwich office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a close-knit team on a part-time basis.
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator your role will involve:
- Team player
- Ambitious and highly driven
- Clean UK driving licence
- At least 12 months experience within the Property Industry.
To be considered for the Sales and Lettings Negotiator role you must have:
- Successfully negotiate offers & lets
- Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Greeting customers & clients in the office
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
- General Administration duties
Working Hours:
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you'll be required to work Part-Time. Between 20 – 25 hours a week.
