Our clients a well-respected Estate Agency are currently seeking a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their close-knit team in Colchester. The majority of this role will be Lettings so our client is looking for an applicant with a strong Lettings background.
As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator your role will involve:
- To achieve pre-agreed targets, operating to the standards required by the company
- To handle all enquiries with courtesy and efficiency
- Maximise opportunity for viewings, lets, sales & market appraisals and instructions
- Seek to increase office market share and generally promote ‘brand awareness’
- Maintain agreed fee levels
- To operate within the confines of the Housing Act and lettings legislation
- To operate to the standards set by our regulatory bodies
- To handle all enquiries with courtesy and efficiency
- Communicate with landlords with regards to marketing feedback, viewings, and hot prospects put forward offers from applicants and agree on terms with landlords.
To be considered for the Sales & Lettings Negotiator role you must have:
- Lettings experience is essential
- Knowledge of current legislation to ensure compliance
- Ambitious and highly driven
- Clean UK driving licence
- Excellent written communication & numerical skills
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service
Working Days:
As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis
Our client is offering the successful Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
- Basic salary of up to £24,000
- Realistic OTE of £28,000
- Ongoing training and support
- Free parking
