A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Garstang for an experienced Estate Agent to join our well-established clients.
The role will require a candidate who has a strong background in Estate Agency and can provide excellent customer service. Experience in rural property is advantageous but not essential.
The role of a Sales Manager will include:
- Motivating the team
- Conducting market appraisals and gaining new instructions
- Monthly reporting on branch results and targets
- Negotiation skills, closing sales and seeing sales through to completion
- Contributing to team meetings
Salary/Package:
- Basic £27,500
- Car allowance
- Bonus structure
