Our clients, well-respected Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their busy team in Walthamstow. They are looking for a self-driven individual with at least 3 years of experience in an Estate Agency.

As a Sales Manager your role will involve the following:

  • Manage the day-to-day salespeople and processes and deputise for the Branch Manager
  • Running morning, weekly and monthly meetings
  • Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
  • Having a good knowledge of your local market develops a reputation as an expert in your field
  • Work closely with your team
  • Help train and mentor new members of staff

To be considered for the role of Sales Manager, you must have the following:

  • Fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales
  • Drive and determination
  • Genuine Interest in helping customers find their dream home
  • Great work ethic
  • Full UK driving license
  • Great customer service skills

Working days as a Sales Manager:

  • Full Time
