Our client is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Manager to join their team based in Dorking. This role offers a competitive salary along with plenty of training, regular awards and incentives.
The duties of the Sales Manager will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing and training the sales team
- Deputising for the Branch Manager
- Developing a good knowledge of your local market and current market conditions
- Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping vendors sell for the best price
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
The successful Sales Manager must have the following attributes:
- The ability to build great relationships with customers
- Drive and determination with a passion for property
- At least 2 years of experience within estate agency
- Strong leadership skills
- Full UK driving license
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be required to work 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
In return, our client is offering the successful Sales Manager:
- £24,000 basic salary
- £45,000 OTE (uncapped)
- £3,000 car allowance or company car
