Our Client, a franchise estate agency is urgently looking for an experienced & dynamic Sales Manager in Bedford.
This is an exciting and challenging position where you will focus on generating new business and business development. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of winning new business and building relationships with clients. Additionally, ensure that all of their vendors are provided with a first class service. This role would suit an ambitious candidate currently working as a Sales Manager or a Senior Negotiator looking to take a step up. In reward the Client is offering a competitive basic + commission based on performance.
- Successfully value and list a targeted number of properties
- Negotiate prices and achieve the best fees possible
- Maximising income and profit
- Generate appointments for viewings, valuations and mortgage advisors
- Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
- Strong valuer and proven track record

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, Saturday (rota) 9.00am -3.00pm
Salary/Package: £23,000 - £27,000 basic, £40,000 - £45,000 OTE + company car
