Our clients, a well-established Independent Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Sales Manager/ Senior Negotiator to join their successful team in Welwyn Garden City.

Key tasks of a Sales Manager/ Senior Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- To achieve goals and targets pre agreed with your franchisee and Branch Manager, operating to the standards required by the company.
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency in dealing with the public.
- Maximise opportunities for viewings, valuations, sales, and financial services.
- Seek to increase office market share and generally promote ‘brand awareness’.
- Maintain the level of service and quality standards.
- Handle all enquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
- Maintain and increase agreed fee levels.
- Manage effectively administrative sales staff.
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Manager/ Senior Negotiator:
- Up to £30,000 Basic DOE + Commission
Working hours:
- 9am - 6pm Monday to Thursday
- 9am - 5.30pm Friday
- 1 in 2 Saturdays 9:30am – 4:30pm (full day off in lieu)
