Our clients, a market-leading agent in the Stockport area, are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their team.
The role will require an individual with property experience, either as an existing sales negotiator or a letting negotiator looking to move to the sales side.
The role of a Sales Negotiator will involve working in a fast-paced office with key tasks including:
- Booking and attending viewings
- Dealing with offers
- Booking Valuations
- Vendor Updates
- Sales Progression
Our clients are seeking a professional individual with:
- Industry experience
- The ability to work individually and within the team.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- Saturday rota.
Salary/Package:
- Basic £21,000
- OTE £27,000
- Career Progression available
- Other incentives
