A new opportunity has arisen with my clients, a family estate agency with a good reputation, who are currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their successful office in Birkenshaw, West Yorkshire.
Ideally, my client is looking for an individual who has a minimum of one year’s industry experience, with the ability to offer excellent customer service and work as part of a wider team.
Whilst this role is primarily office-based, a driving licence and access to own vehicles are preferential.
Duties of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Registering applicants,
- Arranging viewings,
- Dealing with offers, and
- Progressing the sales through to exchange and completion.
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 9 am – 2 pm
In return, our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator the following:
- Basic £18,000 - £20,000
- OTE £22,000 - £26,000
