Our clients will consider an individual already in the industry or someone with a strong sales background looking to forge a career in Estate Agency.
The role will require a driven and professional individual with a strong customer service and sales background.
Key tasks included in the role of a Sales Negotiator:
- Registering homebuyers and sellers
- Dealing with sales enquiries and Offers
- Vendor Updates
- Booking viewings, financial appointments, and valuations
- Sales Progression
Salary/Package:
- Basic £25,000
- OTE £35,000 with enhanced commission based on performance and targets.
- Ongoing training and support
- Opportunities to grow within the business.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- Saturday rota
Driving licence required.
