Our clients will consider an individual already in the industry or someone with a strong sales background looking to forge a career in Estate Agency.
The role will require a driven and professional individual with a strong customer service and sales background. A Driving licence is required.
Key Tasks for the role of a Sales Negotiator include:
- Registering homebuyers and sellers
- Dealing with sales enquiries and Offers
- Vendor Updates
- Booking viewings, financial appointments, and valuations
- Sales Progression
Salary/Package our clients offer:
- £20,000 - £22,500 basic
- £30,000 - £35,000 OTE
- Ongoing training and support
- Opportunities to grow within the business
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday
- Saturday rota
