Our client, a well-established and successful Estate agent is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Launceston.

Ideally, to be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have the following:
- Previous experience in sales
- Full UK driver’s license
- Be motivated and results-driven
- Proven track record in obtaining desired results and achieving targets
- Desire and determination to go the extra mile
- A high degree of self-motivation and determination
- Providing excellence in customer services
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with your manager and your team colleagues
- Show excellent rapport-building skills
- Develop and show excellent negotiating skills – able to think outside of the box
- Demonstrate that you have the ability to work under pressure in a target–orientated environment
Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Work with the other team members to optimise your branch’s performance
- Ensure company standards are met and maintained
- Maintaining company professional/customer service standards and ensuring that they are adhered to.
- Deal with incoming inquiries about properties
- Register applicant’s details and property requirements
- Book and conduct market appraisals, instructions, viewings and valuations
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Be excellent at closing sales and instructions
- Handle monies received
- Use good organisational skills, planning and time management
- Acquire local market knowledge
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Negotiator:
- £17,000 basic
- £25,000 - £30,000 OTE
- 5-day working week
- Career progression
Working hours for the Sales Negotiator:
- Monday to Friday
- 1 in 2 Saturdays (Day off in lieu)
