Our clients will consider an individual already in the industry or someone with a strong sales background looking to forge a career in Estate Agency.

The role of Sales Negotiator will require a driven and professional individual with a strong customer service and sales background.  A Driving licence is required for this role.

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  • Saturday rota

Our clients are offering the successful Sales Negotiator:

  • Basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000
  • £28,000 - £30,000 OTE
  • Enhanced commission based on performance and targets.
  • Ongoing training and support

Key tasks included in the role of a Sales Negotiator:

  • Registering homebuyers and sellers
  • Dealing with sales enquiries and Offers
  • Vendor Updates
  • Booking viewings, financial appointments, and valuations
  • Sales Progression
