Our clients, a highly successful Estate Agency in Norwich, are seeking a Sales Negotiator to help with their growth in 2024. Ideally, our client is seeking someone on a full-time basis, however, will consider an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to work on a part-time basis.
This opportunity requires a professional individual with the ability to close for business and offer outstanding customer service. They are also seeking a professional and career-minded individual who is looking for a long-term career opportunity.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9.00 am–5.30 pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 9 am-1 pm (Time off back in lieu)
Our clients are offering the successful Sales Negotiator:
- Basic Salary of up to £25,000
- Realistic OTE of £30,000

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Registering applicants
- Booking and attending viewings
- Negotiating on Property Sales
- Liaising with buyers and vendors
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- Estate Agency experience
- Ambitious, reliable, trustworthy and act with integrity
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer-focused
- A Team Player, but with individual flair
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and planning skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team.
