A new role has come available with our client, a successful and expanding independent estate agency is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Sales Negotiator to join their team in Wokingham.  

Our client has an excellent reputation in the area for winning business. They are also known for offering their staff full training as well as progression opportunities.

Ideally, they are looking for an individual who has previous estate agency experience, is committed to offering outstanding customer service and has local knowledge of the area. Local knowledge is desirable but not essential. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Registering applicants and greeting customers
  • Negotiating sales
  • Progress sales through to completion.
  • Conduct viewings with potential buyers
  • Canvassing to generate new business
  • Generate and arrange valuations
  • Follow up leads over the phone and face-to-face

To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator you must have the following requirements:

  • Previous estate agency experience
  • Excellent customer service 
  • Local Knowledge 
  • Proactive and positive approach
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Career-minded
  • Willingness to learn and develop a career.
  • Full UK Driving license and use of a car

As a Sales Negotiator you'll be required to work:

  • Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM,
  • Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM,
  • Saturdays (rota) 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

In return, our client is offering:

  • £15,000 - £20,000 Basic
