A new opportunity has arisen with our client, a market-leading Estate Agency in the Bootle area of Liverpool, for a Part-Time Sales Negotiator.
Requirements for the role of a Sales Negotiator:
- A driven, motivated and enthusiastic candidate
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the property industry
- Excellent customer service
- The ability to sell and close for business
Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include:
- Registration buyers and sellers
- Booking Valuations and Viewings
- Referring leads to Mortgage and Legal services
- Attending Viewings
- Dealing with Offers
- Sales Progression
Salary/Package:
- Basic £11,000-£12,000
- £21,000 OTE
- Commission paid on sales, mortgages and legal sign ups
Working Hours:
- 3 days per week plus alternate Saturdays
