Our client, a prestigious, multi-awarding winning Estate Agency are looking for a Sales Negotiator with Administration duties to join their successful team.
The role will involve:
- Successfully negotiate offers
- Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Greeting buyers & vendors
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
- General Administration duties
The successful applicant will need:
- Minimum 12 months Sales negotiating experience
- Team player
- Ambitious and highly driven
- Own vehicle and clean UK driving licence
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am -1pm
In return, our client can offer a basic salary of £17,000 - £19,000 , £26,000 - £28,000 OTE. Mileage allowance (40p) 21 x days holiday plus bank holidays.
