Sales Progression Manager - Wetherby

Our clients, a forward-thinking Property company, are seeking a Sales Progression Manager to join their expanding team.

The position will require a highly experienced Conveyancer, with a strong track record in managing a pipeline of properties through to completion. The position will also require strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.

Key tasks included in the role of a Sales progression Manager:

  • Arrange for contracts and other important documents to be signed.
  • Prioritise own workload in order to meet deadlines.
  • Managing the team progress of transactions from the point of contracts issued to completion.
  • Ensuring completion takes place on the agreed date.
  • Ensure that team members record key milestones on the CRM system and update the vendor portal
  • To monitor and review the pipeline of properties, providing feedback to the senior management team and the team in general
  • Attend management meetings as and when required providing appropriate Management information. Set team targets in conjunction with Senior Management team
  • Monitor daily workload and prioritise tasks to ensure the team achieve individual targets.
  • Undertake quarterly staff one-to-one’s
  • Involved in the recruitment of staff as and when required
  • Coaching and developing existing staff to perform to the best of their ability
  • Ensure staff proactively influence exchange dates to drive sales effectively and promptly
  • Any ad hoc duties as required by senior management

Salary/Package:

  • Basic £40,000 - £50,000
  • Annual bonus
  • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Free on-street parking
  • Monday – Friday
