Our clients, an established leading estate agency, are actively seeking a Sales Progressor to join their team based in Wokingham.
They are ideally looking for a driven and organised individual who has a great ability to work to tight deadlines. In order to be considered for this role, you must have strong customer service skills and experience with property sales progression.
Key responsibilities of a Sales Progressor include, but will not be limited to:
- Liaising with vendors and purchasers
- Liaising with solicitor
- Progressing sales to exchange and completion
- Progressing sales to successful completion
- Dealing with mortgage advisors/banks and related issues
- Progressing sales to successful completion
- Manage Clients expectations
To be considered for the role of Sales Progressor you must have the following:
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Achieve deadlines and targets
- Up to date knowledge of the house sales process
- Experienced with legalities
- Self-starter with organisation skill sets
- Proven track record
- Live local to Wokingham
Working Hours:
As a Sales Progressor, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Our client is offering the successful Sales Progressor:
- £25,000 - £30,000 Basic (Depending on experience)
- Parking permit
- Company Pension
