Our clients based in Manchester, are seeking a Senior Negotiator/ Sales Valuer to join their team.
The role will require a strong and experienced Estate Agent, with good all-around ability in Sales Negotiating and Valuing.
To be considered for the position, our clients are seeking a driven individual with excellent customer service and sales skills
Key Tasks involved in the role of a Senior Negotiator/ Sales Valuer include:
- Attending Viewings
- Attending Valuations
- Dealing with Offers
- Listing Properties to the market
- Updating Vendors on property interest.
Salary:
- Basic £20,000-£30,000
- OTE £40,000-£60,000
