My client, a busy and well-respected Independent Estate Agency, is looking for a Sales Valuer to join their close-knit team in Bath.
This is a role that requires someone who already possesses experience as a Sales Valuer and can hit the ground running. An opportunity to join an award-winning branch rated in the top 2% of agents in the country.
Key tasks included in the role of a Sales Valuer:
- Attending valuations
- Providing a valuation for sale purposes
- Selling company benefits
- Closing for business and winning the instruction
- Winning new business
- Managing own diary
For the role of a Sales Valuer, you must have the following:
- A strong estate agency background - essential to have valuations experience
- Driven and hard-working
- Someone who thrives in a busy working environment
- Organized
- Personable
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to win business in a competitive market
- Believe in providing excellent customer service
Working hours for the role of a Sales Valuer:
- Monday to Thursday 9 am – 5.30 pm
- Friday 9 am – 5 pm
- Saturday 9 am – 2 pm (Time off in Lieu)
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer:
- Basic £25,000 - £30,000
- OTE £45,000+ (Uncapped)
